The 2024 HRFN Festival, held in the vibrant city of Tbilisi, Georgia, was a remarkable gathering organized by BTL Georgia. This festival brought together 450 participants, offering an unparalleled experience of cultural immersion, professional networking, and insightful discussions. BTL Georgia’s meticulous planning and execution ensured that every aspect of the event ran smoothly and efficiently.
The festival began with seamless airport transfers, setting the tone for a well-coordinated event. Each day, participants were transported to various iconic locations, including the esteemed Stamba Hotel, Rooms Hotel, and the Republic. These venues provided the perfect backdrop for the festival’s numerous activities.
The conference sessions took place in the state-of-the-art meeting rooms and conference halls at Republic, Stamba, and Rooms hotels. Attendees benefited from full AV support, including a top-notch sound system, translation booths, captioning services, online translation, LED screens, stage setups, headphones, and dedicated IT support.
BTL Georgia also catered to the participants’ needs by providing coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners throughout the conference days. They ensured a comprehensive experience by offering childcare services, volunteer assistance, office supplies, and private security teams for enhanced safety and convenience.
A highlight of the festival was the Open Gallery event, which featured LED screens, laptops, stylish furniture rentals, and exquisite catering, including a canapé dinner. This event was a testament to BTL Georgia’s ability to create memorable and engaging experiences for all attendees.
